I didn't receive any booking confirmation email or invoice.


We do send a booking confirmation email and invoice for every successful booking. You may need to check your junk email in your email account to see if the confirmation email is there.

 

Can I use my private health fund for complementary therapies like Remedial Massage or Acupuncture?


Please consult with the practitioners to see if they are qualified to provide the complementary therapies. 

 

Can I reschedule or cancel my booking?


Yes, you can reschedule or cancel your booking within a period of time(12 hours by default, may vary for different venues) before your appointment. You can access your Booking History to reschedule or cancel.

 

Can I make a booking for my friends or family members?


Yes, you can make a booking for your friends or family members under your account. Make sure they have the booking number before they arrive at the venue.
